Day 9: Flipped Ponytail

This is a very easy way to add a nice touch to a simple hairstyle, that I do moderately often. (I usually don’t do it in the summer, though… That hair on my neck drives me crazy! My hair was damp today, though, so it was ok.) You can use a topsy-tail tool to do this if you have one, but it’s not at all hard to do without one.

1) Put hair into a low ponytail and secure with a hair tie.
2) Using your fingers, split the hair above the ponytail holder, next to your scalp, so that your fingers can poke through from the top to the bottom.
3) Push your ponytail from top to bottom through this hole. You can also bring your fingers up from the bottom, pinch the ponytail, and pull it through.
